This is an open session to all wrestlers aged from 10+ – seniors welcome.
Date: Saturday 21 January
Time: 12.00pm – 3.00pm
Venue: Evolve Gym, Eurpoa Tool Yard, Springbank Ind Estate, Poleglass, BT17 0QL
These open sessions do not happen very often and they give non-members of the NITS an opportunity to display their wrestling skills and to see what level is required to get selected!
COACHES: Please send your selection of wrestlers who should be accompanied by their coach – A coaches meeting will follow the session.
